Summer internship program
Southern Shade Tree Co. is proud to partner with Builder’s Bridge for our summer internship program.
Builders Bridge is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is dedicated to creating a network of partnerships through the home building industry that can be used to provide opportunity to individuals and organizations within our community.
Our summer program consists of an 8-week, paid internship in the landscape industry for individuals 17-25 years old. Interns are not expected to have any previous landscaping experience. We offer a competitive hourly wage and future job opportunities if the company is a good fit with your long-term goals.
As an intern, you'll get exposure to real projects and challenges in an exciting environment and gain real world experience. You will be paired with a mentor who will act as your primary supervisor and be someone you can go to with questions or concerns. Your mentor will always be there to provide feedback, throughout the program.
Our summer internship program allows you and your mentor to develop a program that best suits your interests and the needs of the division.
